These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Miannah website (the “Website”) and the services provided by Miannah Anna Knapik (“Miannah”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) with the registered office at 33-113 Zbylitowska Gora, ul. Podgorska 20, Poland, and Tax Identification Number (NIP) 993 030 3320, as well as National Business Registry Number (REGON) 384046384. By accessing or using the Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the Terms, you may not access the Website or use our services.

Miannah provides coaching, mentoring and training services, including one-to-one sessions, group programs and online courses through its Website. By purchasing our services or courses, you agree to abide by the terms outlined in these Terms.

2. Payment and Billing

Payment for services and courses must be made in full before access is granted. Miannah accepts various payment methods, as specified on the Website. Payment plans are available under certain circumstances. Prices are subject to change without notice, but changes will not affect confirmed orders.

3. Use of Website and Content

You may use the Website and its content for personal and non-commercial purposes only. You agree not to reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of any content from the Website without prior written consent from Miannah.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on the Website, including text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips and videos, is the property of Miannah and is protected by international copyright laws. Unauthorised use of any content may violate copyright, trademark and other laws. The educational content and materials provided to the client through this Website or other platforms are for individual use only, under a single-user license. Sharing, copying, selling, distributing, or exploiting any content for commercial purposes without prior written permission from Miannah is strictly prohibited.

To access certain features of the Website or purchase our services, you may be required to create a user account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

6. Making a Complaint

We value your feedback and strive to address any issues promptly and satisfactorily. Clients have the right to make a complaint if they can demonstrate that the terms outlined herein have not been adhered to, such as instances where live sessions did not take place or the content offered was not delivered as promised. Please note that Miannah does not bear responsibility for clients’ results, which are solely dependent on the client’s efforts and the work they undertake.

Complaint Submission: Please raise any concerns or complaints as soon as they arise to facilitate prompt resolution. Complaints can be submitted via email to hello [@] miannah.com. Ensure to include relevant details, documentation or evidence to support your complaint to aid in understanding and resolution. Upon receiving your complaint, we will acknowledge it promptly and initiate an investigation. We aim to resolve complaints within a 14-day timeframe and will keep you informed throughout the process.

7. Refund Policy

Miannah’s services are designed for individuals committed to the transformative process. Therefore, refunds are not offered. We prioritise the value of our programs and aim for your satisfaction. Due to the substantial time and effort invested in creating our programs, all investments are non-refundable. However, participants have the option to withdraw from the agreement at any time. Withdrawal from the agreement does not entitle the participant to any refund.

8. Limitation of Liability

Miannah shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in any way connected with the use of the Website or our services. The client acknowledges sole responsibility for their physical, mental and emotional well-being, as well as for the professional decisions, actions and results stemming from their interactions with Miannah.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Miannah harmless from any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs and expenses arising from your use of the Website or your violation of these Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Poland. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Poland.

11. Changes to Terms and Conditions

Miannah reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. By continuing to use the Website after such changes, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms.
