We live in beautiful times. The world has never felt smaller thanks to the Internet and technology. We have unlimited access to information 24 hours a day and we can cover previously unattainable distances in the blink of an eye. We are lucky to enjoy a range of powerful tools to use for work, study, fun, and leisure. There are endless opportunities to connect with people.

However, oftentimes these amazing advances in science and technology, along with the lifestyle promoted in the modern world, can cause a major disconnect within ourselves. This hectic, repetitive, and stressful daily routine oftentimes leaves us feeling lost and low. Let’s be honest, striving to keep your head above water is exhausting…

We are too busy with the amount of work, duties, distractions, preoccupations, to-do lists, must-haves, and constant pressure to perform. It was supposed to be easier and better. Instead, it has simply become frantic and overwhelming. Nowadays, it’s increasingly difficult to stay balanced and grounded. So what’s the solution?

Simply put – we need to reconnect with our inner selves.

As far back as I can remember, I’ve spent most of my life juggling – career, personal relationships, passions, hobbies, and social lifesadly not with the best of results and often at the expense of my well-being. I starved myself of rest, relaxation, and sleep. This, in turn, led to frustration, anxiety, stress, and even more pressure on my shoulders, as I sought to keep all the balls in the air. It was unsustainable – and I knew it.

This took me on a journey to find peace within myself

I started meditating and exploring various techniques of achieving life balance on my own. I quickly saw amazing effects and I wanted more. So I went to Asia for six months, where at the very source, I was learning about Eastern philosophies, various meditation and life-balancing techniques, and working with energy and chakras.

Today I know that harmony in life is crucial. So I teach how to achieve it and how to manage one’s energy on a daily basis, even in the most demanding and challenging situations. I show others how to be closer to the magic centre, because only there can you experience true peace of mind. 

Achieving this optimal balance, this magic centre, is the key to avoiding such exhausting extremes – those high and lows that make life so draining. And the longer I live, the more I value this blissful and essential peace. I’ve learned to be a restless spirit with a calm soul – and it feels incredible.

In my work, I combine my Western business background and experience, with the beautiful, mindful, healing methods of Eastern philosophies. I spent time in ashrams and Buddhist monasteries where I deepened my meditation practice, as I believe that meditation is an incredibly powerful tool to help achieve inner peace.

By pairing and sharing the Western practices with Eastern beliefs, I help people achieve positive, enlightening changes in various aspects of their lives. Having gone through this process myself, I’m excited to share it with you.

MANAGE YOUR INNER ENERGY is an online programme based on the mastermind formula. It is designed to give you a better understanding of your energy, as well as ways to master it successfully. This will introduce inner peace, balance, and harmony to your life.

Working with a variety of techniques you will get a chance to test and find out which methods work best for you. You will practise these routines on a daily basis to control your optimal energy levels.

During this programme, you will tap into your inner wisdom and learn how to manage your energy levels on a daily basis. I’ll give you the tools, guidance, direction and motivation. The group will provide support and a common goal so that you are not alone on your energy journey.

Over the course of 6 weeks you will:

  • Work to define your state of optimal balance
  • Align your energy centres so that they support you in your everyday life
  • Explore a range of meditation, mindfulness and other mind & body healing techniques
  • Develop a regular practice that will help you restore balance and harmony within

After the programme you will:

  • Be more mindful and present, feeling more grounded and with increased inner strength
  • Have a number of meditative techniques and tools at your disposal for any daily challenges and stresses that may arise
  • Understand the body’s natural energy as well as ways to manage and control it
  • Know what works best for you in different situations to be able to employ whatever methods are needed at that point
  • Consciously respond to situations calmly and clearly as opposed to reacting instinctively and on autopilot.

6 regular weekly 90-minute mastermind sessions in an intimate group of no more than 5 people
