Your Chakra Guide
The chakra system is an ancient framework that governs numerous processes in our lives on the physical, mental, emotional and spiritual level. Understanding the chakras can help you live a healthier, more harmonious and balanced life.
The Crown Chakra
The crown chakra, also known as Sahasrara, is all about love for the divine and a connection with a higher presence and spirituality. In the crown chakra, we enter into a state of transcendence, gaining a deeper understanding of the meaning of life and obtaining a unity with God and other beings. The crown chakra accumulates wisdom of all the other chakras so, to heal it, it’s essential to ensure that the lower chakras are aligned and balanced.
A balanced crown chakra translates into inner wisdom and a deep understanding of the world and the meaning of life. When the crown chakra is in harmony, we feel a powerful connection with the divine/God/light/source/spirit and are at peace with our spirituality. We believe in a divine presence and feel part of it. We also feel unity with other human beings and all creatures on Earth.
When the crown chakra is out of harmony, we are disconnected from the divine part of ourselves.
Sahasrara’s physical ailments include neurological disorders, memory disorders, insomnia, headaches, sensory dysfunctions, and hearing and sight problems.

MEET YOUR GUIDE
Hello, I’m Anna
I’m a transformational guide, a life coach, a yoga and meditation teacher, an intuitive healer, a world

All I teach I learned, and most importantly
